Norzeatic & Khidja Live Band / Guest: Iordache (saxophone)

On the 16th of June Norzeatic & Khidja, hip-hop project with jazz, funk and electro influences, having as main guy the well-known  Vexxatu Vexx, will sustain a concert at PELICAM IFF, in Piata Civica, Tulcea.

Norzeatic and Khidja is a hip hop/jazz crew, having an opened formula as Live Band, in which you may find, among others, the drummer Tavi Scurtu, saxophonistul Iordache, vibrafonistul Alex Anastasiu and the polyvalent Electric Brother.

Norzeatic is master of ceremonies, song writer, interpreter, makes his own dubbing and uses his hands to play the guitar or synthesizer. Rusu plays the keyboards, Flore is the pick-up master (scratches, cuts and sound effects), drum machine or theremin. Both DJs produce beats and instruments within the group.

This summer Norzeatic & Khidja released their second album, Caravana PM-AM.

Live, they always have something new – new songs, surprise guests, improvisation and dance rhythms.

Before the concert, the audience has the chance to assist, outdoor, at the national premiere of the film ARAL THE LOST SEA, directed by Isabel Coixet, director who was in competition for Palme d’or and Berlinale Golden Bear. The film, narrated by the British actor Sir Ben Kingsley, famous for his interpretation in Schindler’s List and for his Oscar winning role, Gandhi, tells the story of the quasi-vanished Aral Sea.
