Vlad Alexandrescu was  Minister of Culture between 2015 and 2016. Philologist by profession, he was Romanian ambassador in Luxembourg between 2006 and 2011. As Minister of Culture, Vlad Alexandrescu has backed Roșia Montana’s nomination for UNESCO list, and also launched the campaign Brâncuși is mine.


Margaret Parsons, USA

Margaret Parsons is head of the Film Department at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C where she has overseen the programming and managing of film events as well as film retrospectives. Subsequent to her role at the National Gallery of Art, Parsons held positions at the Smithsonian Institution, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and The Children’s Museum, Boston.

Gaetano Capizzi is the Founder and Director of Cinemambiente Environmental Film Festival in Torino, Italy. Gaetano is also the Founder and General Coordinator of the Green Film Network, an international consortium of environmentally themed film festivals with 30 members on five continents, Pelicam being part of this network since 2013.

Heinz is the founder and CEO of Interfilm short film festival, in Berlin. He is the director and co-founder of the super short film festival „Going Underground“, which is held in the trains of the Berlin subway, and, since 2011, also in the subway of Seoul, South Korea. He also is the co-founder and curator of Zebra Poetry Short Film Festival, a bi-annual festival which has been presenting short films inspired by poetry since 2002.
