At Ambiance Bois, a small wood company, decisions are taken unanimously by the 25 employees, who are versatile, who receive the same salary, draw lots for their CEO and decide on their planning. Ambiance Bois is one of the seven SAPOs (a cooperative) in France, founded 25 years ago on the plateau of Millevaches, in Creuse. An exemplary functioning of a profitable and human company, which proposes to work otherwise. The film tells the story of a successful alternative to the dominant model of companies, made up of human adventures, very diverse trajectories that have in common the desire to take charge of life and give it meaning.

A Q&A with the film director, Sophie Bensadoum, will follow the screening.
