Pelicam, the International Film Festival about Environment and People opens call for entries for the fourth edition to take place in Tulcea.
Submissions for 2015 edition of the festival open the 17th of December and close on May 10th 2015. Selected films will be screened in Tulcea between 11th and 14th of June, where the Romanian audience can watch the best cinematographic productions in the world dedicated to the environment.
Films can be submited through this form into one of the following competitive sections: features, shorts, Black Sea Docs – dedicated to films from Romania and the other countries neighboring the Black Sea (Moldavia, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Georgia) and Fresh Perspectives – dedicated to films that show alternative solutions for sustainable future.
Films must be produced after 1st of January 2013 for the Black Sea Docs and Fresh Perspectives sections and after 1st of January 2014 for official feature and shorts sections.

Pelicam IFF is part of the Green Film Network, the international network of 29 environmental film festivals. GFN Award is awarded to one of the films proposed by each festival. “Pipeline”, the winner of Black Sea Docs Award at Pelicam in 2014is the festival’s proposal for GFN Award 2015.
In 2014, Pelicam IFF screened in Tulcea over 30 environmental films in national premiere, invited international awarded directors and environmental organizations to its events. Over 5.000 people took part at the festival, to film screenings, photos exhibitions and concerts.
