Pelicam needs your support to continue its mission to inform and educate the public about the greatest environmental issues in the world. The festival brings to Tulcea, year after year, tens of awarded documentaries to the benefit of houndreds of responsible viewers.
Our team launched a fundraising campaing on Indiegogo which aims at gaining public support to put together the forth edition of the festival this year in Tulcea. For four days, Jean Bart Theater and the Art Museum will become bastions of the environmental documentary.
Directors from all over the world will screen their most recent films awarded in international festivals, representatives of nonprofit organisations will join the debates, journalists, artists and many more personalities are meeting at Pelicam again.
Passes for screenings, debates and concerts are, once again, free of charge for everybody. To support this effort, Pelicam needs your help. The crowdfunding campaign has surprises for contributors from Pelicam magnets to recycled bags, invites to Pelicam party or Danube Delta trips.
Pelicam, the International Environmental Film Festival, started its adventure at the gateway to the Danube Delta in 2012, when the first edition took place. Since then, we gathered houndreds of film screenings, tens of special guests and thousands of people in the festival.
Pelicam is the only environmental film festival in Romania and is part of the Green Film Network, among other 29 environmental film festivals in the world.
