Environmental investigative journalism helps us understand the ways in which nature’s decay is linked to corruption, politicization, illegal business and organized crime. Because they are at the forefront of the fight against these problems, environmental journalists often become the target of physical or verbal attacks and violence. Together with our guests we will enter into the core of the work of an environmental journalist and we will talk about the sources and ethics of documentation, the risks they face and the how their stories can mobilise the civil society.
