Synopsis

Far from the classic lines of “fisheye” skate videos and the perfect, smooth concrete spots you might be used to, “Le Skate Moderne” brings us a group of skateboarders who think nothing of taking to the mud and skating through the unusual and atypical surroundings of the French countryside. Somewhere between fiction and documentary, this video contemplatively follows a group of skateboarder farmers into the remotest parts of the Dordogne.
