The logistics of event management and organization is a laborious process that consumes many resources and has serious effects on the environment, communities and the economy. The webinar aims to identify and discuss sustainable strategies and solutions for film festivals and other events that want to reduce their impact and make responsible use of resources. For environmental film festivals, it becomes an imperative to organize a responsible event and to test ideas and strategies to minimize the negative effects generated by them.

The discussion aims to explore the possibilities of reducing the resources used, of responsible consumption and integration of green technologies in the organization of film festivals. The guests who will participate in the webinar represent DokuFest Film Festival (Kosovo) and Cinemabiente Film Festival (Italy). They will present some of the ideas developed by the respective festivals in order to reduce their footprint, their implementation and the results obtained.
